Deck Cleaning and House Wash at Sweatwater Lake

Sweatwater Lake has some of the most beautiful waterfront properties around - and this one is no exception. We were out here to take care of a full deck cleaning and house wash, and even with some rain in the mix, we got the job done right.

Lake properties take a beating. Between the humidity, algae, pollen, and constant moisture off the water, buildup happens fast. That kind of grime doesn't just look bad - it can actually break down surfaces over time if you let it sit. Getting ahead of it with a proper cleaning makes a real difference.

The deck here wraps around a two-level lakefront setup with composite decking throughout. Composite is great material, but it still collects algae and biofilm - especially in shaded, moisture-heavy environments like this. We made sure every board was cleaned evenly, no streaking, no missed spots.

The house wash on this one was just as satisfying. The siding came out looking clean and bright against the trees - exactly how a lakefront home should look. We use soft washing techniques on siding to get it clean without any risk of damage to the surface or surrounding landscaping.

Only regret from this job? We forgot to pack a fishing pole. The view from that lower deck would have been hard to beat. Next time.
